Who we are
BELA is operated by BELA Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. We run the marketplace and software; salons and professionals provide the beauty services and are responsible for them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
Bookings and cancellations
A booking is an agreement between you and the salon. Each salon sets its own cancellation window and any deposit, shown before you confirm. Late cancellations and no-shows may lose a deposit where one applies.
Salons and professionals
Listings must be accurate, services must be offered as described, and prices shown must be the prices charged. Branches go live only after approval. We may pause a listing that breaks these rules or receives repeated verified complaints.
Plans and trials
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. When a trial ends without a paid plan, the salon moves to Starter and keeps all its data.
Academy
Course content is for your own learning and may not be shared or recorded. Certificates are issued only after the course requirements and assessment are passed.
Reviews and content
Reviews must come from real appointments. Posts must not be unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, raise it from Help & feedback or the booking. We review the evidence from both sides and aim to respond within the stated target time.
Liability
We are not responsible for the services a salon performs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We will tell you about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
